Dr. Sarah Ching Wai Fan holds a PhD from QUT Business School. Her consulting focus brings together enterprise systems, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, business continuity and digital transformation.
Through her consulting and learning programmes, she helps organisations frame their priorities, assess readiness and plan practical next steps. Her approach puts business needs, people and processes at the centre of technology decisions.
She works with the needs of both SMEs and large organisations in mind: a realistic starting point, clear ownership and a path towards lasting organisational capability.
